Condition
The Condition tab displays information at the following key levels:
Level 1: Holistic asset level / Condition Index: the index is derived from a combination (refer to Set Up Combinations) of condition scores
Level 2: Raw data measured in square metres or percentage of asset affected
Level 3: Rating scale (alpha-numeric), enabling Users to convert raw data into a scaled number
Raw Data:
- Displays the raw condition data for each defect item
Condition Info:
- Asset Condition, Capacity and Functionality Scores/Information. The condition score is scaled (refer to Set Up Scaling) from the raw condition data and displayed in this section.
Condition Index:
- Asset Condition, Capacity and Functionality Index. The index is derived from a combination (refer to Set Up Combinations) of defect item scores, which can be user defined.
- Not all asset categories use a condition index.
Rating Details:
- Displays the information relating to when and by whom the condition rating was performed, along with the rater's recommended action.
Note: Remaining life for asset valuations are calculated on the basis of condition, capacity and functionality characteristics of the asset in accordance with the NAMF Framework and AAS 116.
